National - Football League Predictions 2017:

Peculiar that there isn't an actual thread for the NFL considering a lot of posters give it serious credence. Anyhow, a very interesting weekend to come with the way the table stands. A great result, I thought, for Monaghan in Donegal, it shows they are well up for it, and with a home game V Dublin to see who goes to the final will surely bring out the best in them and their supporters, a semi-final so to speak.
I'm not missing this one, should be a huge crowd and there is something to play for. I might have a look at Monaghan's odds for this one. The different scenarios that could come into play, with Dublin, Donegal, Monaghan and Tyrone all with chances of reaching the final. If Donegal and Monaghan win, they will contest the final, If Monaghan and Mayo win, Dublin will play Monaghan and Tyrone will have to win and hope both Donegal and Mayo lose. Could be a super Sunday.

Great week for GreenandRed calling 2 draws which puts them right in the mix for promotion with one week left. CavanSlasher and Carlovia called 1 draw each.

Double check scores to make sure all is ok."
Cheers Spinx.

I would like to say that I meant Leitrim rather than Limerick (Spell checker/mistake). I only noticed now when totting up my score!

But I will leave it to Ollie and others to determine my honesty on that point. Otherwise should be 19 points (21 if #Spellgate)

You believe wrong chief

Kerry and Mayo cant qualify as Dublin play Monaghan on Sunday.

If Dublin win and Mayo and Kerry win, Monaghan will finish above them on head to head as they (monaghan) have beaten both teams...

If Dublin lose, We will have 9 points, still 1 more than what Kerry and Mayo can finish up on

And a draw between Dublin and Monaghan will put both Dublin and Monaghan through, providing Mayo beat Donegal too.

Its all very complicated, but ive set up a thread with the permutations there....

Only 4 teams can qualify, Dublin, Donegal, Monaghan and Tyrone. Tyrone need to win and hope results in two other games go their way, not completely out of the question, but them having to go to Killarney and win and hope Dublin and Mayo win is a lot to ask.

If you are on Facebook you should follow the Carlow GAA page. They usually have up to date scores on their page.

Division One League Table:
A great week for myself as my beloved Wee County make it back to back promotions and I go back to the top of the table along with Whammo86. As we go into the final week five points separate the top six posters so there is still plenty to play for. Down at the bottom there is no change in the relegation zone as Byanthon has a ten point cushion over the bottom three.
